Online Training & Digital Delivery Policy
1. Nature of Training
KOKOE Export and Services Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) delivers all educational and skill development services online. This includes live webinars, online workshops, core competency training, etc. We do not distribute any printed materials, kits, or ship anything.
2. Access & Timing
After successful payment, you will receive the link / credentials needed to join the online training event via email / WhatsApp within 2 working day.
For scheduled live sessions or webinars, you will receive the join link, schedule, and any preparatory details at least 24 hours or days before the event.
3. No Post Training Access / Downloadable Materials
Currently, we do not provide ongoing access after the live training event is over. Once the live training session is complete, access to the session or materials (if there are any) will not remain available for on demand viewing or download.
No video recordings, downloadable resources, or archives will be issued at this time.
4. Shipping & Physical Goods
We do not ship any physical goods, materials, or printed content under any of our training offerings. All content and interaction are delivered exclusively via online / virtual mode.
