Online Training & Digital Delivery Policy

Please read our online training and delivery practices carefully before using our services.

1. Nature of Delivery

KOKOE Leadership Academy, an initiative of KOKOE Exports & Services Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), delivers all educational, leadership development, and skill-building services through online and virtual modes only. This may include live webinars, online workshops, leadership programs, mentorship sessions, core competency training, and other digital learning activities.

We do not provide or ship printed materials, physical kits, or any tangible goods as part of our training offerings.

2. Access & Delivery Timeline

Upon successful payment and enrollment confirmation, participants will receive the required access details, joining links, or credentials via email and/or WhatsApp within 2 working days.

For scheduled live sessions, webinars, or workshops, participants will receive session schedules, joining instructions, and relevant preparatory information prior to the event.

3. Access After Completion

Access to live training sessions is limited to the scheduled program duration only. Once a live session or training event is completed, continued access to the session, platform, or related materials will not be available unless explicitly stated otherwise.

At present, we do not provide downloadable recordings, archived sessions, or permanent on-demand access to training content.

4. Shipping & Physical Goods

All services provided by KOKOE Exports & Services Private Limited are delivered exclusively through online or virtual modes. We do not ship physical products, printed study materials, kits, or other tangible items under any of our programs or services.
